Job Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Data Scientist to spearhead innovative AI and ML initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of machine learning and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists.

As a technical and strategic thought leader, you will be responsible for building scalable data products, architecting GenAI pipelines, and driving value from data through experimentation, automation, and intelligent decision-making Responsibilities :


- Take full ownership of the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML and GenAI use cases.

- Architect, build, and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and large-scale GenAI accelerators to support enterprise applications.

- Apply classical machine learning techniques such as XGBoost, Random Forest, time-series models, etc., to solve predictive analytics problems.

- Design modular, scalable, and testable ML systems adhering to MLOps and software engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with cloud architects to ensure AI pipelines are optimized for security, performance, and cost efficiency in the cloud.

- Partner with presales and business teams to define use cases, estimate efforts, and deliver client-facing solutions and PoCs.

- Establish and enforce coding standards, version control, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for model development and deployment.

- Work with DevOps and data engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into broader data platforms and APIs.

- Conduct regular reviews to ensure model accuracy, fairness, explainability, and compliance with governance policies.

- Mentor junior data scientists and support their technical growth and career development.

- Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives within the data science community across the organization.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product managers, analysts, and software Skills & Qualifications Skills :


- LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers, Pinecone, FAISS, vector databases.

- Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and building production-ready RAG systems.

- Classical algorithms : XGBoost, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Time-Series Forecasting (ARIMA,

Prophet, LSTM).

- Model evaluation, feature engineering, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning.

- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

- Building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask for ML model serving.

- Experience with version control (Git), notebooks (Jupyter), and experimentation platforms (MLflow, Weights & Biases).

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and ML pipelines.

- Strong focus on cloud security, cost optimization, and governance
