Key Talent Acquisition SpecialistThis position plays a vital role in attracting and retaining top-tier professionals.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts.Partnering with HR Manager/CEO and Delivery Head to understand their immediate and long-term talent needs.Full-cycle recruiting skills: researching the talent pool, sourcing, interviewing, and closing the position.Representing the company brand to prospective top–tier professionals.Developing resources, channels, and participating in recruiting to build a talent pipeline.Identifying the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media, etc.) to fit the profile needed.Continually improving techniques, strategies, and approaches to candidate outreach.Managing the entire cycle of the Human Resource Management System.Assisting in making necessary changes to existing policies and formulating new policies as per internal changes and compliance if required.Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategies: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Talent Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing candidates from various channels.Candidate Outreach: Building relationships with candidates and representing the company brand.HR System Management: Managing the Human Resource Management System to streamline recruitment processes.Policy Development: Assisting in developing and updating company policies related to recruitment and talent management.
