About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Patient Engagement Manager / Customer Success Officer with a background in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) to lead our patient interaction and engagement initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with patients, ensuring seamless communication, and driving high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with strong clinical understanding
- Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases
Requirements:
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prior experience in patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
