Capgemini is seeking a leader who will be largely responsible for the following:
Lead the Delivery teams for Life Sciences (MU) – comprising of Engagement Managers, Program and Project Managers.
Responsible for delivery excellence of all programs and accounts rolling up to Life Sciences through strong governance and review mechanism.
Work closely & collaborate with Service line counterparts/ Global Account Managers/AE/BDE in a collaborative manner to grow the business across various Industry verticals and the market unit to Customer Units and ensure the delivery function runs efficiently.
Continual Innovation aimed at reducing of cost of delivery – bring about high degrees of industrialization, delivery process standardization and reuse across the SDLC
Accurately forecast revenue, head count, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization. Ensure attention to demand prediction and fulfilment across the MU
Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities in existing programs.
Represent Capgemini in client steering committee meetings. Build strong executive connects to enable management of client expectations and foster lasting client relationships.
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Work closely to ensure that the operational parameters are green
While the primary function will be development and delivery of programs within the MU , he/she will also have the responsibility to look ahead into the next 2-3 years and ensure that a strategic road map is in place for the future. This will be done in conjunction with AE/BDEs/Sales Leaders.
Our Ideal Candidate
16+ years’ experience in a large global IT environment
Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivery management comprising of engagements for global clients
Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority within cross-functional teams on adopting new ways of working
Previous experience successfully leading large delivery teams of technology professionals, with a strong focus on talent management.
