About the Role:


  • We are looking for a talented SSIS Developer to join our team at Capgemini and drive the design, development, and optimization of robust ETL processes and scalable database solutions. This role is integral to delivering high-quality data engineering and automation initiatives that support business intelligence and analytics needs. If you’re passionate about data integration, database development, and creating impactful reporting solutions, we’d love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Collaborate on data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas and multi-dimensional modeling for large-scale OLAP solutions.
  • Build and optimize scalable database applications using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and visualizations, preferably using Tableau.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data pipelines and integration solutions.
  • Ensure governance standards and quality in all data engineering and automation initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate interdependencies, risks, and issues across data pipeline delivery components.


Essential Skills & Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in SSIS, MSSQL, and designing/developing ETL packages.
  • Proven expertise in MS SQL Server, including data modeling, design, development, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience in OLAP development, including schema modeling (star/snowflake) and creating complex data solutions.
  • Experience building reporting dashboards, preferably using Tableau.

  • Advanced knowledge of RDBMS and database best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver data engineering and automation initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
