The Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives to promote PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) solutions across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. This role blends technical understanding with business acumen to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote PEB solutions.
  • Identify target markets across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, exhibitions, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Support sales team with techno-commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.

Qualifications

  • B.E. (Mechanical Engineering), MBA in Marketing.
  • 2–5 years in PEB or construction marketing.
  • Understanding of structural drawings, AutoCAD, MS Office.
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
  • Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and site visits
