Job Title: Site Security Lead & Admin We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our site-level security operations, oversee administration, and manage industrial relations. This role will entail establishing security infrastructure and protocols, as well as driving consistency across all sites.Responsibilities:1. Security Setup & Oversight (60% of time)Design and implement an end-to-end site security strategy, standard operating procedures, and crisis management protocols.Identify and deploy security agencies, guards, tools, and surveillance systems at new and existing sites.Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company policies.Handle incidents like thefts, intrusions, protests, and collaborate closely with local authorities.2. Site Administration (20% of time)Oversee camp management, transportation, utilities, housing, and vendor services at project and operational sites.Drive standardization and consistency in administrative processes across all locations.Support field HR with documentation, onboarding coordination, and contract labor logistics.3. Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (20% of time)Act as a key liaison for managing labor relations, grievances, and union/worker issues.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and contractor labor practices.Proactively handle local workforce dynamics and support preventive action on employee-related risks.Key Competencies:Strong security planning, execution, and risk mitigation abilities.Excellent crisis-handling and decision-making skills under pressure.Firm leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders.Deep understanding of labor laws, field HR, and contractor governance.Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English; regional language is a plus.Comfortable with extensive travel and working from remote/rural project sites.Ideal Candidate Profile:Ex-Army/Paramilitary Officer or strong Site IR/Security/Admin professional with a commanding presence.10+ years of experience managing multi-location operations, preferably in Infrastructure/Powers/O&M projects.Able to set up systems from scratch and drive initiatives hands-on.Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, discipline, and flexibility to meet dynamic project demands.
