We’re seeking someone who can match their energy, speak their language, and establish long-term partnerships with India’s top companies. Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Acquisition & Relationship Building - Connect with senior decision-makers across HR, procurement, and leadership. - Understand their culture and deliver gifting solutions that actually matter. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management - Own outreach, proposals, coordination, delivery, and feedback — start to finish. - Maintain smooth operations and consistently impress clients at every step. Negotiation & Deal Closure - Manage pricing, deliverables, and expectations with clarity and confidence. - Create outcomes that feel genuinely win-win. Communication Excellence - Lead client calls, meetings, and emails in fluent, polished English. - Represent Printing Labs with professionalism and credibility every time. Account Coordination - Ensure accurate documentation, timely dispatches, and proactive follow-ups. Sales Reporting & Insights - Maintain clean CRM records and share pipeline insights with leadership. What You’ll Need to Succeed - 3–5 years of B2B or corporate sales experience - Strong exposure to HR/Admin/Leadership-level clients - On-site in Ahmedabad - Exceptional English communication - Confident pitching, smart listening, and strong value-building skills - Professional presence — on calls, in meetings, and over email - CRM discipline and strong follow-up habits - Ability to juggle multiple accounts without losing the plot - A client-first mindset and long-term relationship focus What We Offer - Salary range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 - Work with premium corporate clients - Supportive, fast-moving team - Autonomy, leadership visibility, and room to grow - A creative, quality-obsessed environment
