Job OverviewOur organization seeks a skilled professional to provide expert application support to global stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear understanding of time and attendance payroll rules, accruals, schedules, and employee master records.Maintenance of strong knowledge and hands-on experience in resolving issues related to Employee Maintenance, User profile creation and updates, Profiles Policies, Timesheets, accruals, pay calculations, pay periods, schedules, security, holidays, points, etc.Responsibilities include configuring Global Setup, Company setup, cost centers, time offs, notifications, workflows, groups, etc. Management of employee imports, payroll exports, reports, and configurations, pay calculations, accruals, schedules, voucher codes, etc.Integration of Kronos with downstream or upstream applications like SAP and SuccessFactors using REST API architecture.RequirementsExpertise in time and attendance payroll rulesStrong knowledge of Employee Maintenance and User profilesAbility to resolve complex issues related to Timesheets and pay calculationsExperience with Global Setup, Company setup, and cost centersSkilled in integrating Kronos with other applicationsWhat We OfferA dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Collaborative team culture.
