Job Title:Customer Service Representative - Tech Support SpecialistJob Description:The Customer Service Representative - Tech Support Specialist is responsible for interacting with customers on a daily basis to provide technical support for software applications over various communication channels.Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to deliver product support and assist customers with complex issues, the representative will manage their progress toward results and document customer communications throughout the life-cycle of a reported issue.This role requires strong interpersonal service skills, driving efficiency and results to achieve high customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include providing knowledgeable technical and functional assistance to external customers in a prompt and courteous manner, documenting interactions with customers via cases, and attending training classes to develop and enhance knowledge and skills.The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency in verbal and written communications, as well as previous experience in a US customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or live chat.Document all customer interactions and communications in a professional and accurate manner.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products by attending training sessions and participating in ongoing education.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure efficient and effective customer support.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field is required.
