Seeking a seasoned professional to lead workforce management solutions implementation and optimization. Expertise in WorkForce Software (WFS) is essential for this role, particularly in Time & Attendance Management.Key Responsibilities:Configure WFS modules including Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Pay Rules, and Attendance Policies.Design business rules, pay rules, and calculation groups within WFS.Perform configuration related to accruals, overtime rules, shift differentials, meal/break rules, leave rules, and compliance needs.Manage end-to-end WFS implementations from requirements gathering to deployment.Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with WFS for employee master data, work schedules, and time-off data.Coordinate data mapping, interface logic, and troubleshooting for inbound/outbound integrations.Ensure accurate time data flow to downstream systems during payroll integration.Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, and analyze root-cause issues for WFS.Optimize employee time/attendance processes, schedules, and shift patterns.Collaborate with HR, Operations, and IT teams to enhance system functionality and prepare documentation for end users.
