You will understand their requirements, staffing needs and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.To succeed in this role, you should have:A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development and sales within the IT industry.A proven track record of signing new clients and generating Sales and Business Revenue.In-depth knowledge of the IT industry including current trends, technologies and industry players.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
