With a strong focus on strategy and execution, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future workforce of a pioneering med-tech company.About the JobWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of hiring top talent for technical and non-technical roles, as well as managing stakeholders at mid-to-senior level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions: R&D, Clinical, Sales, Operations, and Corporate.Develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals and expansion plans.Partner with senior leadership & hiring managers to define role profiles and success metrics.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, including senior and niche roles.Manage ATS (Zoho Recruit) — optimise workflows, analytics, dashboards.Use creative sourcing methods: LinkedIn mapping, niche portals, research-driven outreach.Promote our employer brand through campus engagement, hiring events, and social presence.Conduct structured interviews and evaluate competencies.Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from application to offer.Support HR initiatives like onboarding, referral programs, and engagement efforts.What We're Looking For3-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment (multi-functional hiring).Proven track record hiring for technical and non-technical roles.Experience managing stakeholders at mid-to-senior level.Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent research.Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit / Zoho People is a plus).Excellent communication, negotiation, and assessment skills.Proactive, structured, and committed — with a strong sense of ownership.
