Your role is pivotal in delivering strategic value to our clients by providing expert guidance and insights into talent strategies. Leveraging data insights and market knowledge, you will craft future-proof talent acquisition strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.You will serve as a strategic partner, enabling creative solutions and driving innovation in navigating the dynamic talent market landscape. Implementation and execution of recruitment and development programs and policies are integral parts of your role, ensuring that our talent strategies are effectively implemented to meet our clients' objectives and drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities Forming a clear picture of where the client's organization is, what the challenges are, and what the future state will look like.Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources, and sharing with client and internal team.Building and analyzing market knowledge, tooling, and methods.Bringing internal insights and external market insights together to craft the talent strategies with the clients.Navigating through a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify possible creative answers.Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas. Required Skills and Qualifications 4+ years experience in the recruiting and staffing industry is preferable.Candidate must have an experience with ITES Volume/Bulk Hiring.Stakeholder management on Operational management level.Consulting and advising clients in RPO or MSP solutions.Client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors.Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective Talent acquisition strategies.
