Job Title: MS D365 BC Senior Support SpecialistThis role involves providing expert technical support and guidance to our users.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.Mentor and train other support specialists in the effective use of Business Central.Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Business Central users, resolving system issues efficiently.Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions that meet their needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and services.Stay up-to-date with the latest Business Central features and best practices to provide expert advice.Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools.Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials.Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance support services.Requirements:Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (previous versions not required).Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas simply.Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
