Business Central Support SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Central Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users of Microsoft D365 Business Central.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective support to Business Central users, addressing configuration, data, and user errors.Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.Manage support tickets effectively, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments to ensure seamless transitions.Assist with user training and onboarding to enhance user adoption and productivity.Participate in process improvements and collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance system performance.Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.Ability to document all work, both internally and client-facing.Ability to work independently, as well as within a small project group.Ability to follow a project plan created by management for tasks to be completed by due date.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials and supply chain.Proficiency in multiple ISV products.PowerBI and PowerAutomate experience preferred but not required.Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.Ability to be client-facing with support tasks as needed and required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Proficient in Smart-Sheets.Proficient in Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports.
