We foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning.About the Role:Appian Developer (Jr, ML, Sr) in business process management.Responsibilities:- Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.- Experience of working on Agile projects.- Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.- Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.- Knowledge of Tempo Interface.- Proven track of working closely with key business users.- Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.- Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment.- Experience and understanding of business process flows.- Expert in analysing and documenting business processes.- Expert in writing business requirements.- Expert in writing functional requirements.- Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models.- Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders.- Translates ideas into concrete work activities.- Should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine).- Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards.Required Skills:- Experience in business process management.- Designing business solutions.- Agile project experience.- Appian Analyst and Designer knowledge.- Appian Smart Services knowledge.- Tempo Interface knowledge.- Experience with key business users.- Scenario-based requirements gathering.- Design, testing, and implementation of complex systems.- Business process flow understanding.- Business process analysis and documentation.- Writing business and functional requirements.- Current and target operating models contribution.- Workshop facilitation with stakeholders.- Concrete work activity translation.- Design/architecture experience in workflow automation.- Enterprise standards establishment.Pay range and compensation packageCompensation details will be discussed during HR interview process.Equal Opportunity StatementTata Consultancy Services is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
