Opportunity for Business Process Excellence Manager – Procure to Pay (P2P)Location: BengaluruOverview:Lead global transformation and optimization of Procure-to-Pay processes, driving SAP S/4HANA implementation to standardize workflows and enhance efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Own P2P workstream across design, deployment, and sustain phases.- Analyze and redesign processes; conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops.- Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional designs.- Collaborate on system integration and optimization with IT and consultants.- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement globally.Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, SCM, Operations, or related field.- 8+ years in P2P domain or SAP ERP transformation projects.- SAP S/4HANA MM expertise preferred.- Strong knowledge of P2P processes (PR/PO, GR, Invoice, AP, Spend Analytics).- Familiarity with tools like Signavio, JIRA, SAP.- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
