We foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning.About the Role:Appian Developer (Jr, ML, Sr) in business process management.Responsibilities:Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.Experience of working on Agile projects.Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.Knowledge of Tempo Interface.Proven track of working closely with key business users.Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment.Experience and understanding of business process flows.Expert in analysing and documenting business processes.Expert in writing business requirements.Expert in writing functional requirements.Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models.Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders.Translates ideas into concrete work activities.Should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine).Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards.
