Mayfair Housing is searching for a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase sales for our new developments.


Responsibilities


Social Media Management:


Develop and implement a social media strategy for Mayfair Housing across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create engaging and visually appealing content showcasing Mayfair's properties, communities, and brand story

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social media channels

Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation)

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms relevant to the real estate industry

Lead Generation & SEO:


Implement SEO best practices to improve Mayfair Housing website's organic search ranking

Develop content strategies to attract qualified leads to the website

Manage and optimize landing pages for lead capture

Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement

Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM):


Develop and manage targeted PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to reach new audiences and generate leads

Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase website traffic and brand visibility

Analyze campaign performance and optimize spending for maximum return on investment (ROI)


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on real estate

Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management

Experience with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Search Console, etc.)

Working knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media ads)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

A passion for the real estate industry and an understanding of current market trends
