About the Role:
Job Title: Global Financial Crimes - eLearning Developer

Purpose of Role:
As part of the Global Financial Crimes Compliance Instructional Design Training team, the Global Financial Crimes Training Associate (GFCTA) – Learning Developer, will be charged with assisting the Global Financial Crimes Training Instructional Design Team in developing eLearning Modules under the global Financial Crimes Compliance training program as well for all Americas eLearning.
Major Responsibilities:
Assisting the GFCD Training Instructional Design Team in developing and customizing Region- specific Master Class / Targeted, Risk-Based, and Event-Based Training eLearning Modules;
Collaborate with senior instructional designers to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
Develop and/or customized Learning training modules for global and regional deployment in accordance with current instructional design methodologies;
Performing quality checks for training modules.
Design and create instructional content, including e-learning modules and videos.
Utilize tools and software such as Articulate 360 suite, Camtasia, and Vyond.
Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing instructional design processes.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in eLearning development, experience at a financial institution preferred;
Instructional design experience in the development and/or customize of eLearning and / or Instructor- based training modules;
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, or similar.
A proactive, motivated approach with a results driven attitude and a strong sense of accountability;
Basic graphic design skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment;
Excellent communications skills, including strong written and verbal skills, excellent attention to detail, sound editorial judgment.
Highly self-motivated, able to work independently.
Education:
Bachelor‘s degree or above (Full time)
