Cloud Leadership RoleAs a key figure in our organization, the Delivery Manager for Cloud/Data Experience plays a pivotal role in driving strategic leadership and overseeing the successful execution of complex cloud, data, and analytics initiatives.Strategic Delivery Oversight:Provide visionary direction and lead the execution of high-impact Cloud and Data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Oversee planning, delivery, and governance of initiatives involving cloud migration, data engineering, analytics, and platform modernization to achieve operational excellence.Cloud & Data Expertise:Guide cross-functional teams on cloud-native architectures, data pipelines, security, and best practices across AWS/Azure/GCP platforms.Ensure robust delivery frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, lineage, quality, and operationalization to drive business value.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to define delivery strategy, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively to drive project success.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leadership, and practice teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication.Team Leadership & People Development:Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of cloud engineers, data engineers, architects, and analysts to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Develop team members' skills and expertise through training, mentoring, and coaching to drive individual and team growth.Operational Excellence:Drive delivery governance, risk management, forecasting, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes and minimize risks.Implement best practices, tools, and accelerators to optimize productivity, quality, and time-to-delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.Executive Representation:Represent the organization in high-level discussions, client meetings, and strategic negotiations to build strong relationships and drive business growth.Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual success.
