Job Description:
Softobiz Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sr Manager Business Development to spearhead revenue
growth, expand our client base, contribute to the overall success of the
organization, and effectively manage Profit and Loss (P&L)
responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of
the IT services industry, with a demonstrated track record in sales, pre-sales
activities, deal closures, team management, and financial acumen. This role will
primarily concentrate on the US Market, and other specified markets.

Responsibilities:

Understanding Requirements:
Thorough comprehension of client requirements and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
Crafting tailored proposals in response to RFPs.
Closing deals effectively.

Market Expansion and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement strategies to identify and penetrate potential clients in targeted markets such as the North America.
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing client relationships.
·
Sales Process Management:
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to pre-sales discussions and finalizing deals.
Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools.
Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate Softobiz Technologies' value proposition.

Team Management:
Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, offering guidance, coaching, and support.
Establish and monitor team objectives to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
·
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business needs and proposing bespoke solutions.

Industry Knowledge:
Possess extensive knowledge of the diverse IT services provided by Softobiz Technologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Profit and Loss (P&L) Management:
Assume responsibility for managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the business development function.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize profitability while ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Proposal Development:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to formulate customized proposals and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.

Closing Deals:
Successfully negotiate and close deals, adeptly handling objections to secure agreements.
Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition within the IT services sector.
Demonstrated success in generating revenue and closing deals in the US markets.
Profound understanding of various IT services and technologies.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
