You will manage end-to-end HRBP responsibilities for 100+ employees across designated business units and play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Mechlin Technologies. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment Partner with business leadership to understand goals, workforce plans, and capability needs. Convert business objectives into actionable HR strategies. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Development Maintain strong employee connect through structured interactions and feedback touchpoints. Drive engagement programs that build inclusion, ownership, and high performance. Partner with leaders to design BU-specific engagement frameworks. 3. Talent Management & Retention Analyze attrition and build targeted retention action plans. Conduct talent reviews and succession planning discussions. Lead exit analysis and convert insights into corrective interventions. 4. Performance & Rewards Management Lead goal-setting, appraisal cycles, performance calibration, and promotion processes. Manage quarterly R&R programs that reinforce a performance-driven culture. 5. HR Analytics & Reporting Deliver dashboards on engagement, attrition, and people metrics. Highlight trends and recommend tailored interventions to business units. 6. HR Projects & Organizational Initiatives Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives such as leadership development, D&I, well-being, and policy implementation. Act as a change champion for new HR systems and processes. Mentor junior HRBPs and promote Mechlin's culture across the organization. Requirements 5–8 years of progressive HRBP experience in a dynamic, high-growth tech or services environment. Ability to independently manage HRBP responsibilities for 100+ employees. Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability. Experience in talent management, performance processes, and employee engagement. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Additional HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, XLRI, IIM, etc.) preferred. Additional Requirements Ability to commute to the office as required (Onsite - Mohali). Immediate joiners preferred. How to Apply Please email your resume to: hire@mechlintech.com
