Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the entire Human Resources (HR) function, ensuring seamless integration with business goals.This position involves strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and frameworks to drive organizational success.Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligning with company objectives.Design, implement, and optimize HR policies, processes, and frameworks to ensure employee engagement and productivity.Foster a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of top talent.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and strategic hiring.Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.Draft and implement HR policies, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulations.Act as the internal point of contact for POSH-related matters and training.Handle payroll processing using HR/payroll software, ensuring accurate and timely filings.Required Skills and Qualifications3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in IT or startup environments.Proven expertise in managing the full HR lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, policy-making, offboarding.Hands-on experience in implementing POSH policies and handling payroll & PF processes.Strong understanding of HRMS/payroll software.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced setup.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for career growth, professional development, and recognition within the organization.
