CLM Expert Job DescriptionAs a skilled CLM expert, you will design and implement cross-channel customer journeys to drive engagement, retention, and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of CLM programs using OneSignal.Develop advanced audience segmentation and personalized messaging strategies.Create automated lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and business objectives.Track key performance metrics (CTR, conversions, churn, LTV) and apply insights to improve campaign results.Requirements:3+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing with expertise in OneSignal.Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and event-based triggers.Proven ability to execute A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data.Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
