Responsibilities - Develop and implement solutions using AEP Customer Journey Analytics to enhance customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer data for actionable insights. - Design and optimize data models to support customer journey analytics initiatives. - Provide technical expertise in integrating AEP with other platforms and systems. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics processes. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics solutions making improvements as needed. - Support the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize customer journey data. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to analytics tools. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in customer journey analytics. - Contribute to the development of best practices for data analytics and reporting. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. - Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
