Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Simpli5sales.com in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads to determine their needs and present product offerings that align with their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, providing them with relevant information and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos via phone, email, or online meetings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with clients in the CRM system.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and respond promptly
