preparation and monitoring of MIS on monthly basis showing list of commitments with value during the month, status of pending requisitions, contract status, delivery status etc.
developing competent, qualified and reliable Vendor data base to ensure maximum reach to the market and monitoring their performance.
maintaining and coordinating with offshore team to maintain optimum stock and minimum inventory levels are maintained on offshore facilities
