Supply Chain Planner (Distribution)
- Responsible for distribution Planning.
- Drives the monthly S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to meet monthly & quarterly targets.
- Issue production plans to factories for Regular SKUs, Promo &NPDs.
- Provide RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Plan) for Medium & Short term (1-3 years).
- Drive actions to improve Production Plan adherence.
- Coordinate and ensure Product availability (DIFOT) across all Distribution centers (C&FA) as per agreed norms.
- Responsible for sourcing plan for all SKUs for the categories.
- Define and implement right inventory levels of finished goods across the organization right from factories to the CFAs.
- Responsible for AOP (yearly production and transportation budgets).
- Reduce Backorders and lost sale.
- Monitor & drive actions to reduce SLOB.
- Responsible for developing teams to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability and coaching.
- Work within cross functional teams to reduce SLOB for RM / PM.

Experience and Education
3-5 years of Experience in supply distribution planning of FMCG company
B.Tech / M. Tech
