We are seeking an experienced Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) professional to join our team. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.The successful candidate will be responsible for threat hunting, handling escalated security incidents, and conducting forensic investigations. They will also need to analyse Windows OS artifacts, including event logs, registry changes, file system activity, and process execution, as well as conduct memory forensics to identify malware, suspicious processes, and evidence of compromise.In addition, they will perform PCAP analysis to detect malicious network activity, work with various logs to identify potential threats and suspicious activities, and understand the attack chain and identify tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by adversaries.Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework is required, as is experience in analysing ransomware and malware TTPs, including initial access, lateral movement, persistence mechanisms, and data exfiltration techniques.Documentation and communication skills are also essential, as the successful candidate will need to document findings, provide regular updates, and collaborate with the team.RequirementsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in digital forensics and incident response, including threat hunting, intrusion detection, and incident responseFamiliarity with operating systems, including Windows and LinuxKnowledge of networking protocols and devicesExperience with logging and monitoring tools, such as Splunk and ELKExcellent documentation and communication skillsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
