About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced *SAP Sales Project and Staffing Specialist* to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SAP-related staffing solutions and sales projects in the US market. This individual will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and matching SAP consultants with clients’ project requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new SAP staffing and project opportunities within the US market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Create customized sales pitches and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Staffing & Talent Management :
- Source, recruit, and screen qualified SAP consultants for project requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles).
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to match client needs with available talent.
- Negotiate and manage consultant contracts and client staffing agreements.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Act as the point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand clients’ SAP ecosystem and business challenges to offer tailored staffing and project solutions.
- Monitor the performance and satisfaction of placed consultants and proactively resolve any issues.
Project Management Support :
- Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure successful execution of SAP projects.
- Maintain clear communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams to manage expectations and timelines.
- Track project milestones and ensure delivery aligns with agreed-upon terms.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP sales, staffing, or project management, preferably in the US market.
- Proven track record in business development, client management, and staffing in SAP environments.
- Technical Knowledge :
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) and how they apply to business processes.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation and support project cycles.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills :
- Strong ability to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Problem Solving & Organizational Skills :
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Soft Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for excellence in client service.
