The hotel is known for its professional service, guest comfort, and operational excellence.Role Overview:The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing guest check-in/check-out, maintaining front desk operations, ensuring smooth coordination with all departments, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Guest Handling:Welcome and greet guests professionally upon arrival.Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.Reservation Management:Coordinate with OTA platforms and direct bookings.Update room availability and pricing in coordination with the Operations Manager.Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data.Front Office Operations:Handle phone calls, emails, and guest correspondence.Maintain cash and billing records; manage payment settlements.Ensure proper night audit and daily report closure.Coordination:Communicate with housekeeping and kitchen teams regarding guest requirements.Liaise with accounts for billing and payment reconciliations.Customer Service Excellence:Maintain a high standard of hospitality and service.Build positive guest relations and encourage feedback for improvement.Compliance & Standards:Ensure adherence to company SOPs and hotel policies.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (hospitality industry preferred).Knowledge of hotel software (IDS, Cloud PMS, or equivalent).Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu prefer.Good grooming, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Reporting To:Operations Manager / General Supervisor – Hotel Lake View ( A Unit Of Hotel Stay Blessed )Work Schedule:Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)6-day work weekSalary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Complimentary meals during duty hours.Staff accommodation (if required).Performance-based incentives.Application ProcessInterested professionals may share their updated resume at:Email: hr@stayblessed.co.inContact: +91 9107060607
