The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, providing exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales initiatives. The role requires proactive communication to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in F&B, hotels, or premium restaurants preferred.
