Job Description: Front Office ExecutiveThe Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. This role involves handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records accurately.Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Process payments, generate bills, and maintain cash transactions securely.Resolve guest complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.Support front office manager in administrative tasks and reporting.Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software (Opera, IDS, etc.).Professional appearance, time management, and multitasking ability.Qualification:Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.1–3 years of experience in front office or guest service preferred.
