Facilities Operations Manager

Job OverviewOversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring administrative functions, security, and facility services are met.Manage supplies, materials, and service contracts to continuously improve processes and reduce risks.Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans, while participating in health and safety reviews.Conduct routine site inspections and manage tickets, stock records, vendor management, and coordination with FM teams.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on energy consumption, data management, and maintenance operations, as well as manage MOMs.Maintain records of admin reports, incident reports, and tracker management, including equipment data sheets and PPM calendar schedules.Issue work permits and maintain gate pass and material movements records.Provide data and reports to clients as required and regularly check logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Key Responsibilities:Prioritize facilities needs and work with facilities managers to ensure operational excellence.Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Collaborate with LL and FM teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.Requirements:Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Proven experience in facilities management and administration.Benefits:Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.A competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply:Please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter.Include any relevant certifications or qualifications.
