Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:Prioritize facility needs and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.Oversee property operations, including administrative functions, security, and facility services.Manage supply and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards.Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans.Ensure health and safety standards are met, reviewing and participating in regular reviews.Additional Responsibilities:Routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Responsible for tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.Shift-wise M&E stock record and update.Vendor management (on-site).Coordination with the LL team.Site FM team coordination for daily activities.Preparation of material BOQ if required.Manpower deployment management and preparation.Inventory management/store management.Checklist upkeep and facility maintenance.Daily, weekly, and monthly reports preparation.Energy consumption and data management.FM & LL MOMs management.Admin report records.Incident reports/records and tracker management.Tech equipment data sheets, manpower, and vendor linings based on 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules.M&E team briefings.Daily basis observations and closures.Record of PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner.Work permits issuance and records.Gate pass and material movements.Data and reports provision to clients as required.Time-to-time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Time-to-time training for the M&E teams.M&E team attendance and records.Shift jobs and 6 days working.Requirements:a. Strong knowledge of property operations.b. The candidate must demonstrate good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.c. Solid background in team management.Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.Qualifications: B.Tech (Electrical) / Graduate + ITI Technical Course.
