Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Marketing

Location: Bengaluru, KA


Job Summary:

Ola Electric is seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager - Marketing to oversee brand management and marketing initiatives for specific verticals or programs. This role will involve crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive program visibility, enrollment, and brand strength. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans (digital, content, PR, events, partnerships) to drive growth and visibility.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and creative teams to enhance program offerings, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging key metrics to optimize future efforts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders (including university partners) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school.
  • Experience: 4+ years in brand management and marketing, with a focus on driving growth and program visibility.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional media.
  • Proven track record of successful multi-channel marketing campaign execution.
