Job Summary

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in Ola Electric's GTM Team, leading strategic and operational initiatives. This position requires designing and executing scalable programs, mentoring teams, collaborating across functions, and ensuring organizational goals align with fulfillment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution :

  • Analyze and translate strategic objectives into executable programs.
  • Conceptualize and implement technology, capability, and transformation-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Finance, Operations) to ensure successful project execution.

Program and Operations Management :

  • Develop and control program deadlines, budgets, and activities to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure seamless delivery within timelines by resolving bottlenecks and operational challenges.
  • Influence organizational outcomes to boost growth and productivity in fulfillment processes.

Stakeholder Management :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate program progress, analyze issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Change, Risk, and Resource Management :
  • Implement change management strategies and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Optimize resource allocation and develop robust KPIs to measure fulfillment performance.
  • Process Optimization :
  • Improve existing processes for scalability and efficiency across Ola’s fulfillment lifecycle.
  • Design assessment protocols and analytics dashboards for real-time evaluation and course corrections.

  • Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and enhance predictability in fulfillment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with design thinking and operational process enhancement.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and risk management skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with experience in optimizing execution for improved outcomes.
