Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB ArchitectExperience: 10+ YearsLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: ContractAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead enterprise-scale CMDB design, implementation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, CMDB best practices, and discovery/service mapping processes. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to align technical architecture with business needs.Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and maintain an enterprise-scale CMDB within ServiceNow.Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate, up-to-date configuration data.Ensure adherence to CMDB best practices and ITIL guidelines.Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and other stakeholders to integrate CMDB with broader IT processes.Provide guidance on CMDB health, governance, and compliance.Troubleshoot complex CMDB issues and provide scalable solutions.Mentor and guide team members on CMDB architecture and ServiceNow best practices.Required Skills & Experience:Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT operations processes.Proven expertise in enterprise-scale CMDB architecture and implementation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work remotely and manage stakeholders effectively.Why Join Us?Remote work flexibility with enterprise-level projects.Opportunity to lead CMDB architecture for large-scale ServiceNow environments.Collaborative and challenging work environment with growth opportunities.
