Job TitleExecutive - FacilityJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionJob Title:Facility ExecutiveDepartment:Facilities / AdministrationReporting To:Facility Manager / Sr. Manager – OperationsJob Purpose:To support day-to-day operations of the facility by ensuring smooth functioning of housekeeping, pantry, security, technical services, and vendor management while maintaining compliance, safety, and service quality.Key Responsibilities:Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, and technical teams for daily operations.Monitor AMC vendors for HVAC, DG, UPS, lifts, fire systems, and utilities.Ensure statutory compliance (CLRA, Fire NOC, PSARA, ESI/PF, etc.).Manage consumables, stock control, and pantry supplies.Support sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste segregation, EPI tracking).Assist in budget preparation, vendor billing verification, and MIS/MMR reports.Act as first point of contact for employee workplace-related concerns.Maintain SLAs, KPIs, and escalate issues on time.Required Skills:Knowledge of facility operations, housekeeping, and technical maintenance.Understanding of statutory & compliance requirements.Vendor management & negotiation skills.Strong communication, reporting, and MS Excel/Power BI knowledge preferred.Qualifications & Experience:• Graduate (preferred: Facility/Operations/Engineering background).• 2–5 years of facility management experience.• Exposure to corporate offices, IT parks, labs, or commercial facilities.INCO: "Cushman & Wakefield"
