HR Management RoleThis senior HR position focuses on managing all aspects of employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and shaping a people-first culture.As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of HR processes, drive business growth through effective people management, and contribute to creating a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.Employee Lifecycle Management:Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring smooth transitions for employees across global branches.Oversee holiday and sick leave monitoring, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operational continuity.Conduct exit interviews, providing actionable feedback to improve employee experience and inform strategic decisions.Payroll, Benefits & Compliance:Collaborate with management to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, bonuses, overtime, and sales commissions.Ensure tax details are up-to-date and correct across regions, liaising with payroll providers to maintain compliance with local regulations.Develop and maintain commission structures and statements, providing clear communication to staff.Ensure adherence to employment laws and practices in all operational regions (UK, Germany, US, India).Training & Development:Assist in creating and maintaining training materials, making them accessible in various formats to cater to diverse learning needs.Coordinate training programs to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge, driving performance improvement and organizational success.Implement and manage structured annual reviews and probationary review processes, ensuring constructive feedback and development opportunities.Recruitment & Freelance Resource Management:Work closely with operational managers to craft job descriptions, manage job postings, and facilitate candidate outreach.Vet candidates, organize first-round interviews, and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.Identify and onboard freelance resources as required, ensuring seamless integration into the team.Employee Relations & Performance:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues, providing support and guidance as needed to foster a positive work environment.Manage annual and probationary reviews, ensuring structured processes and constructive feedback.Develop and maintain organisational charts, including job titles and salary levels for all positions, to promote transparency and accountability.Administrative & Operational Support:Maintain an updated register of company equipment provided to staff, ensuring proper tracking and retrieval when employees leave.Support the implementation of company-wide processes, such as performance reviews, training, and employee development programs, to enhance operational efficiency.
