Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Pune, Viman Nagar

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)



Key Highlights:

• Immediate Joining: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team immediately to support our growing organization.

• Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Viman Nagar, Pune, will be given preference for smoother collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new team members.

• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive work culture.

• HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and coordinating payroll inputs.

• Policy Implementation: Assist in creating and implementing HR policies that align with the company’s vision and values.

• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and help design training and development programs.

• Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives and activities to enhance employee satisfaction and promote a collaborative workplace.



Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.

• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office is a plus.

• Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated individual who can adapt to a dynamic startup culture and multitask effectively.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
