Job Title:  HR & Admin Executive

Location:  Pune, Viman Nagar

Job Type:  Full-Time (On-Site)


Key Highlights:

• Immediate Joining:  Looking for candidates who can join immediately to support our upcoming product launch.

• Location Preference:  Since our head office is in Viman Nagar, Pune, candidates residing nearby will be prioritized for smoother collaboration.

• Launch Phase:  Play a pivotal role in our team as we gear up for an exciting December product launch.



Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:  Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.

• HR Administration:  Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance, and support payroll-related tasks.

• Office Management:  Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.

• Vendor Management:  Coordinate with vendors to meet office supply needs and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Team Engagement:  Organize team-building activities and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.



Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:  0–1 year in HR or administrative roles (freshers with excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply).

• Skills:  Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

• Availability:  Must be ready for immediate joining.

• Proactive Mindset:  A self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills and a passion for growing within a startup environment.
