Job Title: Accountant & Admin ExecutiveLocation: Pune, Viman NagarJob Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Key Highlights:•

Immediate Joining: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately to support our upcoming product launch.•

Location Preference: Since our head office is in Viman Nagar, Pune, candidates residing nearby will be prioritized for smoother collaboration.•

Launch Phase: Be an integral part of our team as we prepare for an exciting December product launch.

Key Responsibilities:•

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.•

Invoice & Payment Management: Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, and ensure timely settlements.•

Compliance & Reporting: Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring compliance with regulations.•

Office Administration: Oversee office operations, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for supplies and services.•

Support Functions: Assist with team requirements, including organizing documents, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth office functioning.

Candidate Requirements:•

Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or administrative roles (freshers with knowledge of accounting basics are welcome).•

Skills: Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.•

Availability: Must be ready for immediate joining.•

Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, eager to grow in a dynamic startup environment.
