Ltd.) builds next-gen AI voice automation, cloud telephony, and business communication tools.We work across SIP, VoIP, cloud infrastructure, CRM systems, and AI-driven automation.If you want to work at the intersection of AI + telecom, this is the place to grow fast.RoleWe are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join our core tech team.You will troubleshoot issues, support customers, and ensure smooth operation of our telephony and automation platforms.Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot issues related to SIP, VoIP, call routing, and Linux environments- Configure DIDs, SIP trunks, IVRs, routing logic, and system setups- Monitor server performance, logs, and overall system health- Provide customer-facing technical support via calls, WhatsApp, and remote tools- Document issues, solutions, and system improvements- Coordinate with internal teams for deployments & enhancementsRequirements- Good understanding of Linux + SSH- Basic understanding of SIP, VoIP, RTP, and call flows- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills- Familiarity with MySQL- Ability to communicate clearly with customers for technical support- Willingness to learn — unlimited opportunities for advancement- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment- 6 days workingBonus Skills(Not required, but an advantage)- Docker- Basic PHP / JavaScript- PostgreSQL- Knowledge of CRM systems or APIs- DevOpsSalaryStarting at ₹15,000- Will increase to ₹20,000–₹25,000 after 3 to 6 months based on skills, growth, and experience.Additional Details- Location: Gurgaon (On-site)- Job Type: Full-time- Experience: 0–2 years preferred (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
