We are looking for a competent talent who can recruit, retain, and lead the sales team by executing sales plans for achieving revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
• Conduct in-depth discussions and perform comprehensive assessments to develop customized equity investment solutions.
• Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance
• Provide investment recommendations based on the product range available.
• Identify potential clients through direct sources or through partners and generate sales leads.
• Convert sales leads to revenue generation.
• Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
• Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.
• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to influence decision-making and close deals.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates should have at least a minimum of 2+ years of success in equity sales.
• Strong understanding of equity products and markets.
• Excellent Sales, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships with HNI,UHNI clients.
