With growing demand across industries, were expanding our sales team to accelerate growth in the US market.Role OverviewWe are seeking two experienced Sales Professionals with 510 years of experience in SaaS, SMB, and AI product sales. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of selling into the US market, with bonus points for prior experience in verticals like Healthcare, Construction, Technology, or GovTech.This is a high-growth opportunity for driven professionals who want to be part of a rapidly scaling AI platform. Youll play a key role in building pipeline, closing deals, presence in the US.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales cycles for SMB and mid-market clients in the US.Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.Deliver compelling demos and presentations of product's AI-powered recruiting platform.Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in Healthcare, Construction, Tech, and GovTech verticals.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas with uncapped earnings potential.Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and provide insights to leadership.Qualifications5–10 years of experience in SaaS or AI product sales, preferably into US SMBs.Proven track record of quota attainment and revenue generation.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).Familiarity with US sales culture and business practices.Prior vertical experience in Healthcare, Construction, Tech, or GovTech is highly desirable.Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Compensation & BenefitsAttractive base salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE).Uncapped commission structure – the more you sell, the more you earn.High-growth career path with opportunities for leadership roles.Flexible, 100% remote work setup.Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven recruiting technologies.
