IT Service Management Specialist Job OverviewAs a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing expert support for our managed services tool sets and processes. This includes daily operational needs and managing ticket distribution to ensure timely client access management requests.Ticket Management Expertise: Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the ITSM ticketing system, ensuring seamless issue resolution and excellent customer experience.Collaboration and Communication: Engage with system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to guarantee the smooth operation of Keystone Technical Support Center and ticket management systems.Technical Proficiency: Act as SME for technical and functional design requirements, general data concepts, mapping, and relationships.User Support: Support end users and key stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.Process Improvement: Maintain and review the effectiveness and efficiency of all ITSM processes.You will also contribute to QA strategy, including solutions for unit, regression, and acceptance testing. Additionally, you will maintain ServiceNow certification and follow the learning track.
