System Administrator Trainee RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills in infrastructure management, incident handling, and customer support.In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the customer's Azure infrastructure, handling incidents and tickets, and attending customer calls. You will also support the team in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage Azure infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.Handle incidents and tickets, including Break-fix, Request, and Change Requests, in a timely and efficient manner.Attend customer calls to provide prompt and effective support.Collaborate with the team to achieve daily operational goals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT with a minimum 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B.
